For missing video or recordings we check power, network connectivity and the NVR/DVR recorder. Camera models, retention settings and user permissions are reviewed before changes. Remote access is configured without unnecessarily exposing services to the internet. Technical maintenance does not include staffed surveillance. Physical installation and cabling are scoped separately.
